ABSTRACT:
There are certain lesions in the liver, where biopsy is contraindicated, for example Hemangiomas. In such scenarios, we rely on imaging to give diagnosis to clinicians and also provide a roadmap. A rare scenario like peliosis hepatis has grave prognosis. The etiology is still under consideration. Our main aim through this rare case report is to create awareness amongst clinicians and radiologists since it initially closely resembled hepatocellular carcinoma and atypical hemangiomas. It was through our close analysis and detailed literature review that we came to close diagnosis.
